ANCHOR BOLTS / FOUNDATION BOLTS

Heavy Duty Bolts are used in demanding anchoring applications like wind turbine foundations. Heavy Duty Bolts are grade 10.9 and they are manufactured in accordance with customer’s specifications. S. I. Studs Heavy Duty Bolts are assembled using EN 14399-6 / ISO 7089 washer’s class 10 and EN 14399-4 / ISO 4032 nuts class 10.

Heavy Duty Bolts are available in lengths up to 11 900 mm. Diameters can be chosen between 30 and 52mm. For other specified sizes please contact us. Heavy Duty Bolts can be ecologically corrosion protected by TM1045 Coating to increase the life time of the foundations.

Foundation Bolts Surface Coating Options

Anchor bolts are often used in various applications, from dry indoor conditions to harsh industrial conditions where additional protection against steel corrosion is needed. Anchor bolts are available with alternative protective coatings. Standard coating options for the Wind Mill anchor bolts are described below. FOUNDATION BOLT

TOWER ASSEMBLY BOLTS & NUTS

Tower Assembly bolts are one of the most important components in the wind mill and wind turbine. Proper torque tensioning is required to clamp the bolts and nuts.  

We at S. I. Studs ensure that all the bolts and nuts manufactured are strictly adhering to the quality standard specifications as required and are tested at our in-house factory laboratory prior to shipment.

NACELLE STUDS

We at S. I. Studs ensure that the Nacelle Studs are manufactured as per preheated bars for hub assembly in a windmill or wind turbine. This is manufactured in-house on our CNC machines as per approved customer drawings and standards applicable
